Love dosn’t exist. It’s just a series of emotions designed to fool you.
Take me away to arcadia, take me to London. Where there’s people and theres individuals who are like me. Take me to the vallance road and to Islington. Stand with me and watch waterloo sunset. Chasing away an everyday existence in favour of a dream. Smoking silly little cigarattes with red wine and an acoustic guitar. No worries or inhabitions, with only music as an aid for living.
Just call me the roller aahhhh-ahhhhh.
I can feel the earth begin to move, i hear my needle hit the groove. And spiral through another day, i hear my song begin to say. Kiss me where the sun don’t shine, the past was yours but the futures mine.
Last night i went to SHAG Monday at leadmill, there’s two rooms and its only a quid to get in. We went in and the first song was Heaven Knows Im Miserable Now, evidently i had a massive sing along to it- it’s a fucking anthem if truth be told. There was some decent old school rave tunes on in the big room as well, Alice Dj- Better off alone went down well with my 14 year old self.

Arcadia is a fictitious land, ’ private world; a vision of England which has been poetically defined by the band in different ways throughout the years. The basis of it appears to be a libertarian society in which everyone is free to do as they wish, as well as serving as a means of espcaping from the mundane into something beautiful and eternal.

I’ve come too the conclusion that being able to play guitar in the sunshine is absolutely epic. I reccomend it too you all. Particularly acoustically above 20 degrees goes down quite well.
